About the role

As an Export Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient flow of inbound sales orders from our customers based in Eire, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and delivery deadlines.

You will report into the Shipping Department and work closely with the Customer Services Director.

This is an office-based role, with working hours being fixed between 8am-5pm (for example, either 8am-4pm, or 9am-5pm) totalling 37.5 hours per week with a daily 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

The Candidate

Requirements

  • Previous experience in export administration is advantageous
  • Be proficient with WMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Have excellent written and verbal skills

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the sales order process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with relevant export regulations
  • Prepare and process export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions
  • Communicate with continental customers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost effective deliveries
  • Manage orders and track shipments to ensure on
  • time delivery
  • Ensure adherence to export compliance requirements and handle any export related queries
  • Liaise with internal departments (sales, finance, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding the status of export shipments
  • Support with other reasonable management requests, such as with our BV shipments
