BEESWIFT EXHIBITING AT A+A INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR 2017

A big thank to everyone who visited our stand in Dusseldorf, Germany at the A+A International Trade Fair. On Tuesday the 17th Beeswift held a launch event to officially announce the successful acquisition of the Dutch distributor for workwear and protective clothing Schulte Safety Products (SSP). As of 1st October 2017, SSP will be wholly owned by Beeswift Limited and will be known and traded as Beeswift BV. The event was attended by Joachim Schäfer, Managing Director of Messe Düsseldorf GmbH and the British Consul-General Rafe Courage as well as representatives of the Beeswift Management Board and customers. “I am struck by the UK expertise in the Health and Safety Industry and impressed by UK companies’ contribution to making the workplace a safer one. Beeswift is a great example of a successful company in this field and their decision to acquire SSP is of high value to British outward direct investment,” the British Consul-General stated.

The acquisition will ensure SSP/ Beeswift BV benefits from inward investment to enhance and deepen its existing product range. The acquisition has already led to an increase in its workforce with further additions planned as the business grows over the coming months. The acquisition provides Beeswift with a firm footing from which to develop sales throughout Benelux, Germany and beyond.
