About the role

As an Internal Sales Advisor, you will work in our UK internal sales team. Your role will be to support our National Account Managers to nurture and grow existing accounts, and to support the development of new customer opportunities.

  • Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide best in class customer service to our customer base and internal stakeholders
  • Make outbound calls to identify customer needs with a view to increasing orders and basket of products
  • Collaborate effectively with our National Account Managers to maximise our sales opportunities based on customer feedback
  • Complete order entries and prepare quotations via our online portal accurately and in a timely manner
  • Liaise with internal departments, including our warehouse, on any customer support enquiries
  • Resolve and reduce escalations with a proactive and positive attitude

    Full time working hours are flexible between 8.30am and 5.30pm and totalling 37.5 hours per week with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break. Other benefits include:
